Chess Website where Engines are allowed?

Is there a chess website out there where use of engines is allowed in games? If so, which is it?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you use an engine on ICC, instead of getting banned you get the "C" symbol by your name, which is nice. However I do not want to pay $10 per month!
On FICS (Free Internet Chess Server), you can. http://www.freechess.org/Help/HelpFiles/computers.html
> Computers may register and play rated chess matches. However, computers
playing rated games are required to be registered so that users can know
whether they are playing against humans or computers. Being connected with a
computer on an account not registered as a computer is considered to be
abusive behavior and will result in sanctions. This does not apply to guest
accounts, which can freely be used to test computers.
Re: ICC, to be clear, it's not as though you can just create an account on ICC, use an engine, and when they catch you they say "No harm, instead of banning you we'll just make you a (C)".

You have to register the account as a computer account initially. If you don't register as a computer account and then get caught, you could lose your account without refund.
was gonna say, playchess but you probably have to pay. (they have engine vs engine room).

you can also try fics...
(i may be wrong here: they allow unique engine usage, but if you get something like crafty or stockfish, they will reject it because others have it already).
I think i read once in this site that computer assistance might be accepted in correspondence games.

Buy i'm not sure under what conditions, or if I'm just recalling only an idea that appeared once in the forums and never got implemented. Anyway, check the Q&A just in case.
