Move times

What does it mean when someone has a flat-line for move times?
Must everything have a meaning? What are you, really, meaning to ask here?
Or are you asking how we interpret that specific fact? In that case how do you?
#2 Hum not what I meant, I am trying to find out if it's even possible for a player to time each move perfectly to the second.
I think it means they premoved if it says 0 seconds. I think that's what your referring to.
#5 yes 0 seconds would mean they premoved, but the specific game I'm looking at has much more then 0 seconds for each move time. I'm just trying to find out if it's humanly possible to do that, or would that suggest some type of cheating.
Most probably, it is cheating. I tried to do this artificially, and my move times were almost all the same, but they weren't perfect. I think a human can do this after a lot of practice and tries, though.
#7 This game also showed a computer analysis of 0 inaccuracies, 0 mistakes, 0 blunders, low centipawn loss for several of his games, analysis says he is 99.8 % better the any other player on this site for that type of game, I reported him he never got banned, I don't know maybe Bobby Fischer reincarnated? LOL
