[Feature request ] ⅛+0 time control

#130 - that is the feature request - option for those, who want it, obviously.

this is the first time i don't think lichess will give us the time control we want :( it's not on the change list. sad

Just want to make it known that I support the addition of a 1/8 time control addition as a member of the Ultrabullet family. In fact, call me insane, but I think @thibault should go as far as to add 1/12 to the same Ultrabullet class of time control groupings. Perhaps in the future 1/20 even.

The usual arguments are that "these time controls aren't real chess","they're just mouse races", or "they're only for people with good internet". To those points I offer the famous irrefutable and unbeatable counterargument: if you don't like it, if you don't understand it, if you can't handle it, YOU DON'T HAVE TO PLAY IT!

I think this would add a nice twist to the game.

A good way probably would to get a major streamer's support, and ask them to publicly announce it. Or maybe we could just talk to those bullet fantics.
