Bug: Inaccuracy not correct

In this game: lichess.org/pMhl6oKF/white#7

4. e5 is called an inaccuracy, and recommends 4. Bd3 instead
But stockfish at a depth of 41 says e5 is best, with a +.7 evaluation, .1 better than Bd3.

I understand that maybe there's some deeper engine line that reveals Bd3 to be better, but even then isn't it a stretch to call it an inaccuracy?

Looks like a bug, might be wrong though.
The "bug" is just that engine doesn't run to such a high depth when you request analysis.

You can just ignore it. In the opening, what do these decimals mean anyways?
