Stockfish level and its rating

Doesn't it depend on the number of CPUs in the machine or anything like that?
@smach Complicated question, I think that a machine with many cpus can simulate a Stockfish level 1 for example, but the opposite is not true.
Would it be possible to run level 3 or level 4 LiChess stockfish in my own GUI, for example Nibbler? Or another GUI?
I have 1700 FIDE STANDART RATING AND I BEAT LEVEL 5, BUT LEVEL 6 IS VERY HARD.
I think in ELO FIDE RATING STOCKFISH WILL BE:
Level 1 1000
Level 2 1100
Level 3 1200
Level 4 1300
Level 5 1400
Level 6 1800
Level 7 2400
Level 8 2800 or more
When I play chess frequently, my rating goes up to 1400. That's a sign that I'm playing way too much chess. When I play less frequently, I drop to around 1300. At 1300, I beat stockfish level 3 easily and lose a little over 1/2 my games to level 4. When I'm playing around 1400, I start winning over 1/2 my games with stockfish level 4. I've been playing around 2 years and that's been my experience.
I am around 1100-1200 but i can beat stockfish lvl 3
