insulting others

@mystical
English is not my mother tongue. I meant something like "how could I ever offend my opponent for this?"
You talk about human nature or natural response, but we live in a society. Imagine you walk on the street and you see a nice girl. Now react according to human nature and you'll end up in prison. Only because this is the internet, people cannot be free of any rules. For example if, after a "undeserved" loss, someone says "you won so luckily" or something similar, that's okay, I can understand his feelings and maybe tell him, that he played very well.
I'm not sure what kind of emotionals reactions you have after a girl walks by, but I don't get any urge to rape her or beat her or anything like that. Not sure how it relates to this discussion, but why should you be sent off to prison if you were to act according to your instinct towards women? Maybe it's time you man up and go up to girls that walk by and talk to them.

I'm not sure why you should, could, or would offend your opponent for being angry. But again, it's not about you, it's about what many people will do no matter what. You can create thousands of rules of conduct, if it's not without strict censorship, it would not have significant impact on the general behavior of the users, especially the anonymous ones.
I'm sure you know what I mean and I don't like your reaction.
I think I made my point clear, so I won't write here again. Thanks a lot to everybody who participated in this discussion. As I said, if Lichess is not willing to act on this problem, I will leave the side, and so I do.
Well, you're not threatening anything by leaving the site. You're simply unwilling to see things from another perspective.

You fail to understand human interaction on internet and real life are very different and that many people act differently than you on the internet.

Of course it's not nice and polite to lash out in anger at your opponent, but you refuse to acknowledge that it's simply what many people will do. Even in real life, when you make someone angry, you can expect them to swear at you. On the internet it's even more likely.

The best action is to simply ignore their insults and move on with your life. Either that or just disable chat by unchecking the checkbox at the top.
Playing with Stockfish is the very best. If one loses then chose a lower level until one is very comfortable. If Level 1 is not comfortable enough then find a Mermaid to cuddle with which is not available in lichess.org. lol
