Premoves

Do you think you could make it so premoves are registered as moves when you enable them rather than when they are played? I ask because my premoves seem to take a lot more time off my clock than for others and the only reason I can think of is my high ping. It's really annoying in low time games.

I also played a game yesterday where I had a premove enabled that would have won the game but my internet dropped out. When I came back, I had lost due to running out of time.

It s not a good idea to make premoves registred moves.... by the way,try to solve y r internet connection problems.

Why not? Please elaborate... by the way, latency is largely due to location.

registered 2-moves-deep-premoves would have saved the game for me. xD

If a series of actual premoves (the source and destination squares are highlighted, and your opponent hasn't moved yet) takes noticeable time off your clock then it is most likely that you have animation on. Make sure animation is off.

Thank you OneOfTheQ, I did not know that was an option and it seems to have made a difference.
