Why can't I make a swiss tournament in my Team Today?

I was just trying to understand your dilemma. If you are still having problems, you should contact Lichess, not us. We are just mere users of the site like you. We don't have inside secrets to making Swiss tournaments.

I wanted to check the team myself to make sure there was nothing. And u can see the tmt Page after clicking New tmt. U culd send link of tht. I asked for Screenshots from every step u make, to see if i could find any flaw
