Better, faster analysis

Hello fellow lichessers,

I've spent some time rewriting the communication with stockfish. Instead of 2 instances of stockfish, we are now running 12 instances!

As a result, analysis are now much faster and of better quality. They should also, hopefuly, be more reliable than before, as the fault handling was also improved.

It's amazing how you are continuously improving lichess, even when it is already very, very good ;)

BUT:
It seems that something went very wrong with the engine analysis of this game:

This is the first time I notice such a thing. The analysis was taking too long, so either it hit some time-out that isn' long enough, or perhaps the engine crashed... or something else entirely (a bug in the code that fetches the results?)

In any case, it considers the game already analysed, so I can't request it again... At least it should let the user request an analysis again in case of crashes (*if* it is an engine crash), after a half-hour delay (to avoid causing even more server load and making things worse).
