Liantichess WC 2023 Rules

The same rules as the ACWC, only that it is played tc 1+2, also 8 rounds for qualification in the candidates, also two pools in the candidates where the first 12 are qualified, the difference compared to the ACWC is that the pools do not wait for the champion and the vice-champion of last year, they have to play from the beginning
